At MC Painting & Construction, the client is our number one concern. We are a full service licensed general contractor providing pre-construction planning, prioritizing, design input, value engineering, line item budgeting, management support, defect litigation support, adequacy of settlement estimating, developer warranty services, new construction, and reconstruction repairs. MC Painting & Construction and its principals are proud of their track record. We have never been sued for any work we have performed and have never been ejected from any project.

Through pro-active planning by our management team, our projects are completed at or below budget, and on or ahead of schedule. We perform more than 85% of the repairs with our own forces, thus assuring our clients that the contract scope of work will be completed in a timely manner and to highest standards of the industry. MC Painting & Construction maintains a fully-staffed, stand-alone Painting Division that specializes in HOA painting and exterior wall waterproofing with special products such as Elastomeric and Epoxy Coatings.

On-site management is our main focus. Communication with the individual homeowners, alleviating their concerns, resolving their issues and mitigating their problems are essential steps in achieving a successful reconstruction project. MC Painting & Construction has a unique post-construction Customer Service philosophy. We place no relevance on the contract warranty period. If you have a problem after the expiration of the warranty period, you call us and we will be there promptly to investigate and report to you the findings.

Stacy Morrison Jr., CEO
Director Of Operations

A San Diego native, Stacy entered the construction industry at a very early age as an apprentice working for his father. He trained in carpentry, concrete, waterproofing, drywall and other related trades. Stacy attended several project management courses and seminars relating to project scheduling, on-site management and construction methods.

Stacy Morrison Jr., one of the corporation's original founding principals, is MC Builder's Chief Executive Officer and its Director of Operations. He has been actively involved in the construction industry in California for over 20 years. For the past ten years, Stacy's efforts have been concentrated on the repair of construction defects in condominiums, apartments and other types of residential units. He specializes in seismic retrofit, carpentry, painting, waterproofing, renovation and Developer Warranty Services. Throughout his courier, Stacy has completed the construction of numerous commercial projects, as well as tenants improvement "T. I.". Prior to MC Painting & Construction, Stacy served as general superintendent and project manager for other general contractors in San Diego.

Ernie Casto II, President
Manager of Painting Division

Ernie has comprehensive knowledge in Paint Specifications and Proper Application Methods. He regularly attends seminars relating to current painting and waterproofing applications, product information and EPA regulations. He is an active member of the Community Association Institute and Association Managers.

Ernie, President of MC Painting & Construction, spearheads business development and manages the Painting Division. He has many years of experience in the painting industry. In addition to painting of new commercial and residential construction, Ernie specializes in reconstruction painting including re-painting of complete HOAs, and waterproofing with specialty products such as Elastomeric and Epoxy Coatings. During the past 5 years, he has successfully completed numerous of Southern California's largest painting projects on some of the most elite properties.


Steve Hall
Project Manager - Painting Division

Steve's construction experience spans over 21 years. For the past 16 years, he has been heavily involved in the painting industry, with specific focus on residential and HOA projects. His responsibilities includes scheduling, quality control and customer service.

Tiffany Davenport
Project Coordinator

Tiffany attended College Of The Desert, and since has worked in the construction industry for over 4 years. Her responsibilities include project coordination.
